I recently completed a 4 week (30 Days of Purpose) health and nutrition class with Ms. Audree Lee, who is a fantastic and dynamic Health Minister. The insight and education Minister Audree presented was thoroughly organized and provided a systematic and realistic approach to help develop improved eating habits that ae intended to achieve optimum health benefits.  She also provided a series of delicious recipes and prepared tasty dishes for our class.  I came away with an entirely different thought process as it pertains to the selection of foods we eat and more importantly, how we prepare them for our families. After Minister Audreee's class, I am so very happy to have met her and plan to be a lifelong associate.  She is absolutely the best! Audree and 90 Days of Purpose are an answer to prayer. In addition to improving my health, I have gained concrete strategies to return to compliance when I have gotten off track.  Additionally, the experience started me on a journey of learning and self-discovery that have been rewarding. I have also shared my experience with others. I have had the pleasure of observing  and working  with Audrey  up front ,close and personal for many years! We served at the same church, where she was the Director of the Nutrition Ministry. Over the years, I've seen people with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, regain their health after going through her 90 day program. In 2014, I had a physical attack on my body, where I suddenly had to continually eat or I felt like I was going to pass out! I told my daughter, get me to Audrey....lol...I KNEW I could trust her, because she was excellent and passionate about helping people! The Lord used her 90 day program to get my body back on track....thank You Jesus! Oils and Deep Blue Rub are so amazing! My hand cramps completely disappear alter minutes of applying the Deep Blue Rub. The oils smell so good in the diffuser. I love them❤️.
